Position: Security Officer (Armed/Unarmed/Patrol/LPO Divisions)
Location: Washington State
Job Type: Part-time, Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a visible presence to deter potential suspicious activity.
- Write clear and comprehensive reports for clients.
- Patrol client properties to identify security threats and de-escalate or handle stressful situations as needed.
- Contact law enforcement or fire department in extreme situations.
- Reasonably detain individuals suspected of criminal activity until law enforcement arrives.
- Escort discharged staff, trespassers, and other unwelcome parties off the premises.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Fluent in English, with effective reading and writing skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable, with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation.
- Able to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
- Personal firearm preferred (Armed Division only), with proof of purchase required for job offer.
- Provide 2 personal references.
- Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
- Customer service background desired.
- Knowledge of Veteran Security Operations and our mission a plus.
Salary Range: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

- Shifts: 10-hour, 12-hour, or 8-hour shifts
- Night shifts, weekends, and overtime may be required
